Gilda
DramaRomanceThriller110 min
A drifter and gambler in Argentina finds steady work at a casino, then realizes his new boss’s wife is the woman he once loved. Glenn Ford is the man caught between old desire and new loyalty, while Rita Hayworth’s Gilda moves through the casino and nightclub world with a mix of flirtation, defiance, and calculation. Their reunion turns a private grievance into something sharper, with jealousy and suspicion hanging over every exchange. Against the polished surface of the gambling floor, the story keeps circling the same dangerous question: whether the past between them is finished, or only waiting for a chance to flare up again.
