Clary Fray thinks she’s an ordinary New York teenager until her mother disappears and she learns she comes from a line of Shadowhunters, half-angel warriors who protect the city from demons. Lily Collins is Clary, thrown into a hidden New York where vampires, warlocks, and werewolves exist alongside everyone else. Jamie Campbell Bower is Jace, one of the young Shadowhunters who draws her into that world as she searches for answers. Their path leads toward an ancient cup with ties to Clary’s family and the mystery surrounding her mother.
