Robert Langdon wakes in an Italian hospital with no memory of how he got there, and quickly learns someone wants him dead. Tom Hanks returns as the Harvard symbologist, now forced to piece together clues while staying ahead of a manhunt. At his side is Dr. Sienna Brooks (Felicity Jones), whose help sends him through a web of coded messages, murders, and religious imagery stretching from Florence outward. As Langdon’s memories come back in fragments, the trail points toward a global plot centered on a virus and a countdown he can barely understand.
