After escaping a mental institution, two patients make their way to a country village, convinced they were isolated by mistake. A misunderstanding quickly turns into a full village spectacle when locals decide one man must be the sheriff and the other the magistrate. Kemal Sunal and İhsan Yüce lead the central mix-up, as ordinary routines give way to deference, suspicion, and comic confusion around these accidental authorities.
