Goodnight Mommy
HorrorMysteryThriller100 min
In an isolated Austrian house during a sweltering summer, nine-year-old twins wait for their mother to return from cosmetic surgery. When she comes back with her face wrapped in bandages, stricter and oddly distant, Elias and Lukas Schwarz's brothers begin to suspect the woman in the house isn't their mother at all. Susanne Wuest is the bandaged parent at the center of the boys' growing suspicion, as everyday rules, punishments, and silences harden into a private standoff. The bright countryside, nearby lake, and nearly empty house give the family's doubts and fears nowhere to dissipate.
