Dust in the Wind
DramaRomance109 min
A-yuan and A-yun leave the mining town of Jio-fen for Taipei, where he spends his days as an apprentice and his nights in school while she works as a helper at a tailor’s shop. Shu-Fen Hsin and Chien-wen Wang lead the film’s young couple through rented rooms, train rides, and the routine pressures of city life as family, work, and military service begin to shape their future. Everyone around them assumes they belong together, and they do too, but the move from rural Taiwan to the capital turns small delays and separations into something harder to hold onto.
