Elite Squad 2: The Enemy Within
ActionAdventureCrimeDramaThrillerWar115 min
After a violent uprising at Rio’s Bangu 1 penitentiary, Lieutenant-Colonel Roberto Nascimento (Wagner Moura) is blamed for a bloody crackdown and pushed out of BOPE. André Ramiro’s Captain Matias is transferred into the corrupt Military Police, while human-rights advocate Diogo Fraga turns the operation into a public confrontation over executions and abuse. As Nascimento moves from the front lines into Rio de Janeiro’s security apparatus, the fallout widens beyond one raid to police corruption, political power, and the paramilitary groups operating inside the system.
