For Love of the Game
DramaRomance138 min
An aging star pitcher takes the mound at Yankee Stadium for what may be the last game of his career, trying to hold himself together one pitch at a time. As the pressure builds and each out brings him closer to a perfect game, he shuts out the noise by replaying the long relationship that has shaped his life off the field. The game unfolds in the present while memories fill in what he stands to lose, what went wrong, and why this night carries more than a place in the record books. Kevin Costner and Kelly Preston anchor a story that ties a high-stakes outing to a love affair reaching its own turning point.
