Field of Dreams

DramaFamilyFantasy107 min

Kevin Costner is Ray Kinsella, an Iowa farmer who hears a voice in his cornfield telling him to build a baseball diamond. He follows it, carving a ballfield out of his crops while neighbors question his judgment and Amy Madigan’s Annie stands firmly beside him. Then the impossible starts happening: the spirits of dead ballplayers step out of the rows to play, including Shoeless Joe Jackson (Ray Liotta). As the voice keeps offering new instructions, Ray’s strange project stretches beyond baseball and into unfinished business much closer to home.
