Evolution
ActionAdventureComedySci-Fi102 min
When a meteor lands in the Arizona desert, community-college professor Ira Kane discovers it’s carrying alien organisms that evolve at an alarming speed. David Duchovny is Ira, working alongside Orlando Jones’s Harry Block as the pair try to warn everyone before the government seals off the site and takes over. Julianne Moore enters the mess as a tightly wound scientist attached to the official response, while Seann William Scott’s fire-training cadet gets pulled into the cleanup. What begins with strange life under a microscope quickly turns into a race against rapidly mutating creatures, military interference, and a spreading extraterrestrial outbreak.
