DramaRomance106 min
In Tuscany, an English writer promoting his latest book meets a French antiques dealer who offers to show him the village of Lucignano. Juliette Binoche is the woman guiding the day, while opera singer William Shimell's visiting author keeps the conversation fixed on art, imitation, and what makes something authentic. As they move through cafés, shops, and sunlit streets, their talk grows more intimate and more uncertain, blurring the line between a casual encounter and a relationship with deeper history. The setting is all stone plazas and warm afternoon light, with the drama unfolding almost entirely through conversation.
