Porco Rosso
ActionAdventureAnimationAnimeComedyDramaFamilyFantasy94 min
Over the Adriatic in the interwar years, a feared bounty hunter patrols the sky in a red seaplane while living under a curse that has left him with the face of a pig. Known as Porco Rosso, he makes his living taking down air pirates, but his independence draws trouble from both the law and a hotshot American pilot determined to outfly him. When Porco’s plane is wrecked, he turns to a gifted young mechanic to get back in the air. As rivals close in and fascism spreads across Italy, his dogfights and narrow escapes start to carry the weight of a man deciding what, and whom, he still wants to fight for.
