Whisper of the Heart
AnimationAnimeDramaFamilyRomance111 min
Youko Honna is Shizuku, a book-loving schoolgirl whose days revolve around reading and writing until she notices the same name stamped on every library card: Seiji Amasawa. Following a stray cat and her own curiosity, she’s drawn toward the boy behind the books, with Issei Takahashi voicing Seiji as another student trying to follow his own path. As Shizuku starts measuring her dreams against his, the story shifts between trains, library stacks, family routines, and a violin maker’s workshop, while her imagination opens onto the Baron, a cat figurine who steps out of the ordinary world and into her private one.
