Castle in the Sky
ActionAdventureAnimationAnimeFamilyFantasy125 min
When apprentice engineer Pazu sees a girl drift from the sky clutching a mysterious crystal, he and the orphan Sheeta are pulled into a chase for Laputa, a legendary floating castle. Mayumi Tanaka is Pazu, the mine-town boy who helps her escape, while Keiko Yokozawa voices Sheeta, whose pendant draws pirates, the army, and a calculating government agent. Hayao Miyazaki threads airships, mining tunnels, and crumbling ancient machinery through a story of pursuit and discovery.
