After a friend’s daughter is killed, a restaurateur joins forces with a police officer and the officer’s ex-con brother to strike back. Chow Yun-Fat returns alongside Ti Lung and Leslie Cheung, with Dean Shek drawn into the center of the story as the restaurant owner pulled into their vendetta. Set in Hong Kong and directed by John Woo, the film keeps its focus on brotherhood, divided loyalties, and the collision between men tied to crime and men trying to uphold the law.
