Jackie Chan is a Hong Kong detective sent undercover into mainland China to infiltrate a drug-smuggling ring, a mission that depends on winning the trust of a powerful kingpin and the men around him. Working alongside Michelle Yeoh’s Jessica Yang, a mainland officer with her own undercover role, he gets pulled into jailbreaks, cross-border chases, and a dangerous operation that stretches from Hong Kong to Thailand. Maggie Cheung appears as his girlfriend May, whose unexpected arrival threatens an assignment built on false identities and split-second improvisation.
