Alcarràs
Drama120 min
Every summer, the Solé family works its peach orchard in a small village in Catalonia, where meals, arguments, and long days in the fields all fold into the same routine. When plans emerge to cut down the trees and replace them with solar panels, that routine starts to fray, threatening the family’s home as much as its livelihood. Jordi Pujol Dolcet and Anna Otin are among the members of the sprawling Solé clan, with children, grandparents, and siblings all caught in the strain. The story stays close to harvest season and the changing shape of rural family life.
