Two California twins decide their newly single father, Max, needs help, so Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen’s matchmaking sisters paint a personal ad on a giant Hollywood billboard and wait for the right woman to answer. One is a surfer, the other a high diver, and their scheme turns Los Angeles into a string of awkward dates, near-misses, and increasingly elaborate setups. When Dad finally clicks with Brooke, the girls think they’ve found the perfect future stepmother—until they learn her skateboarding son is the one kid they can’t stand.
