Friend of the Family
DramaThriller103 min
Invited to stay with the Stillmans in their luxurious Malibu home, Shauna O'Brien is Elke, a free-spirited guest whose arrival starts exposing the strain beneath the family's polished surface. What looks like a happy, successful household gives way to private frustrations and tangled relationships as Elke becomes involved in each family member's emotional and sexual life. Griffin Drew is part of the ensemble in a story centered on seduction, confession, and the way a family friend can unsettle a carefully maintained image.
