ComedyRomance112 min
Eddie Luca is the youngest son in a family of Italian immigrants trying to build a life in London. Starting from nothing, the Lucas open a café in an Italian neighborhood and begin to put down roots, until Eddie’s father gambles away the business, the family home, and even his wedding ring. Vittorio Duse and Joseph Long are among the key faces in the crowded Luca family, as the film follows the fallout from one reckless loss. The setting stays close to the café and the neighborhood around it, where work, family pride, and old habits keep colliding.
