After flunking his driver’s test, teenager Les Anderson steals the family Cadillac so he can still take his crush out for the night. Corey Haim is Les, a suburban kid whose plan falls apart fast when Mercedes Lane (Heather Graham) brings champagne, passes out in the back seat, and leaves him trying to explain a date that’s suddenly gone very wrong. Soon he’s dragging in his reckless best friend Dean, with Corey Feldman stirring the mess into something bigger. What starts as a simple joyride turns into a long night of panic, bad decisions, and one very noticeable luxury car.
