Polle Fiction
ComedyRomance90 min
Polle is a 30-year-old outsider still living with his parents in Snave, a tiny village deep in the Danish countryside. Awkward and isolated, he drifts through town with only three supposed friends — Heino, Jøgge and Knasti — a trio of local troublemakers who make his life harder as often as they offer company. Around him, performers including Jens Andersen and Per Otto Bersang Rasmussen fill Snave with deadpan chaos, turning the village into a cramped world of odd rituals, small humiliations and sideways humor. The comedy stays close to Polle’s place at the bottom of this rural pecking order and the absurd social logic that keeps him there.
