Avicii: True Stories
Documentary85 min
As Avicii’s career explodes from bedroom production to giant festival stages, the film follows the pace of life behind the hits. It stays close to the Swedish DJ and producer as touring, constant travel, and pressure from the music business pile up around him. Alongside studio sessions and backstage moments, the documentary tracks the strain that comes with trying to keep creating while living in public. Levan Tsikurishvili directs with Avicii at the center, while figures like David Guetta and Chris Martin appear as part of the world around him. What unfolds is a portrait of success that keeps widening even as the costs become harder to ignore.
