Fletch Lives
ComedyCrimeMystery95 min
Investigative reporter I.M. Fletcher heads to small-town Louisiana to inspect the rundown plantation he’s inherited, only to find himself at the center of a murder case. Chevy Chase brings Fletch’s wisecracking, disguise-happy persona out of Los Angeles and into Belle Isle, where a flirtation with a local woman turns dangerous after she’s found dead. With townspeople pressing him to sell the property and a neighboring attorney, played by Hal Holbrook, warning him off, Fletch starts poking around for the killer while trying to clear his own name.
