Neil Shaw is a covert security specialist for the United Nations, a man so secret he officially doesn’t exist. Wesley Snipes is Shaw, thrown into a conspiracy when the Chinese U.N. ambassador is assassinated on the eve of a major summit and the murder is pinned on him. Forced underground, he moves through back rooms, surveillance setups, and hand-to-hand fights as he tries to identify the people steering the attack and prevent an international crisis. Anne Archer is among the officials caught in the fallout as the hunt for Shaw runs alongside the larger plot.
