O Candidato Honesto 2
Comedy104 min
Leandro Hassum is João Ernesto, a Brazilian politician who turns himself in and is arrested for corruption, then tries to claw back his place in public life with an unfamiliar strategy: honesty. In this sequel, his bid to repair a scandal-soaked image runs on plain talk and actual policy proposals, turning campaign spectacle into political farce. Rosanne Mulholland appears alongside Hassum as the chaos widens around a candidate trying to sound sincere in a system built on spin, deals, and damage control.
