The Fly

DramaHorrorSci-Fi94 min

After a late-night call from his sister-in-law Helene, François Delambre is pulled into a murder case that becomes something stranger when she admits she killed her husband herself. Patricia Owens is Helene, distraught and reluctant to explain why André had to die; her story, told in flashback, traces back to his new matter-transportation device and a test gone wrong when a fly entered the chamber. Vincent Price’s François listens with growing alarm as the police press for answers. Domestic tragedy and laboratory science collide here, with the horror rooted in one family’s desperate attempt to contain the consequences of an experiment.
