Broken Flowers
ComedyDramaMysteryRomance106 min
After an anonymous letter suggests he may have a grown son looking for him, Bill Murray is Don Johnston, a withdrawn bachelor nudged onto the road by Jeffrey Wright’s detective-minded neighbor. Don retraces his past by visiting several former lovers across the country, hoping one of them sent the note. Sharon Stone, Frances Conroy, Jessica Lange, and Tilda Swinton appear as women from different chapters of his life, and each stop shifts the search from a simple clue hunt to an awkward reckoning with the way he’s left people behind.
