Jerry and Marge Go Large

ComedyDrama96 min

Retiree Jerry Selbee spots a mathematical loophole in a Massachusetts lottery game and sees a chance to turn his quiet retirement into something much bigger. Bryan Cranston is Jerry, a numbers-minded small-town Michigander whose discovery sends him and Annette Bening’s Marge into an unusual long-distance operation built on spreadsheets, bus trips, and stacks of tickets. Inspired by a true story, the film follows the couple as their winnings climb and the money starts flowing back into their community, tying one lottery scheme to the fortunes of a struggling hometown.
