Crocodile Dundee
ActionAdventureComedy104 min
After meeting him in the Australian Outback, New York reporter Sue Charlton brings crocodile hunter Mick Dundee to Manhattan, where bush instincts collide with hotel lobbies, limousines, and the subway. Paul Hogan is Dundee, an easygoing adventurer whose comfort with knives, crocs, and rough country doesn’t disappear in the city; Linda Kozlowski’s Sue is the journalist trying to translate him for a very different world. As Dundee moves through New York, the film builds its comedy around the culture clash between outback confidence and big-city manners, with muggers, gawking crowds, and high-society snobs all part of the adjustment.
