Piku
ComedyDrama123 min
Piku Banerjee is a Delhi architect whose days are split between work and caring for her stubborn father, Bhashkor. Deepika Padukone's Piku and Amitabh Bachchan's Bhashkor are locked in a constant push and pull, deeply attached and forever arguing over his routines, complaints, and demands. When a trip to Kolkata sends them onto the road, cab company owner Rana (Irrfan Khan) ends up driving the pair himself, stuck in the middle of their family friction. The film stays close to the rhythms of their father-daughter bond, moving from household tensions to the uneasy, funny intimacy of the journey.
