Comedy104 min
Alejandro, an aspiring toy designer from El Salvador, is trying to stay afloat in New York as his work visa runs out and his unusual ideas struggle to find a home. Julio Torres is Alejandro, moving through immigration paperwork, odd jobs, and the city’s dead ends until a position assisting Tilda Swinton’s erratic art-world outsider becomes his clearest shot at remaining in the country. RZA and Isabella Rossellini appear around Alejandro’s increasingly tangled attempt to build a life, keep working, and turn his private, eccentric creations into something the world can see.
