A newly built resort pushes into protected land, ignoring local warnings about the spirit tied to the river. When tourists begin disappearing, the threat takes shape as a giant man-eating crocodile, and what looks like an animal attack starts to feel like punishment. Panic spreads through the holiday crowd as the beast strikes closer to the hotel and the staff struggle to keep order. The mystery deepens around the idea that an African god has taken this form to drive the intruders out. As fear and disbelief collide, the resort becomes a trap between the river, the jungle, and something that wants its territory back.
