Red Eye
MysteryThriller85 min
Rachel McAdams is Lisa, a Miami hotel manager whose routine overnight flight turns into a hostage situation at 30,000 feet. After a chance meeting in the airport, her seatmate (Cillian Murphy) lets the charm drop and tells her she’s been singled out for a political assassination plot tied to the hotel where she works. If Lisa refuses to help, her father back home is next. Wes Craven keeps the pressure tight, shifting from delayed-flight small talk to a cramped airborne standoff as Lisa looks for any opening to warn the target and protect her family.
