The Limey
CrimeDramaMysteryThriller89 min
An English career criminal arrives in Los Angeles after his daughter dies under suspicious circumstances, convinced there is more to the story than he has been told. Moving through the city's bars, back rooms, and criminal circles, he starts pulling at old connections and half-hidden deals, looking for whoever was closest to her in the days before her death. As his questions turn into threats, the search draws him toward a wealthy music-business figure with his own layers of protection. Terence Stamp anchors the father's single-minded pursuit, while the investigation keeps tightening into a clash between grief, guilt, and revenge.
