In a Los Angeles apartment complex, a serial killer haunted by a fatal car crash begins targeting female tenants, using ordinary work tools as murder weapons. When he abducts a teenage girl from the building, police are slow to connect her disappearance to the earlier attacks, and her brother starts searching on his own. Cameron Mitchell and Pamelyn Ferdin are among the faces in a story built around uneasy neighbors, a shaken family, and a killer moving through hallways, apartments, and shared spaces that no longer feel safe.
