A young psychiatric nurse arrives at a remote asylum just after a murder and finds herself working among patients whose treatment leaves them free to act out dangerous delusions. Inside the isolated sanitarium, routine care gives way to intimidation, erratic behavior, and sudden violence as she moves from ward to ward trying to understand who still has control. Bill McGhee, Jessie Lee Fulton, and Rosie Holotik are part of the uneasy ensemble populating the institution, where the film keeps its focus on locked rooms, unstable power, and the threat hanging over every interaction.
