In modern-day Punjab and Delhi, a privileged young man returns to his childhood love expecting the past to wait for him. Instead, Dev’s suspicion and immaturity push Paro away, and the break sends him into a spiral of alcohol, drugs, and self-destruction. As he drifts through clubs, streets, and cheap escapes, the fallout of the failed relationship keeps tightening around him. At the same time, Chanda is trying to rebuild her life after public humiliation leaves her isolated and vulnerable. When Dev, played by Abhay Deol, crosses paths with Chanda, played by Kalki Koechlin, their damaged lives begin to intersect in ways neither of them planned.
