The Game
DramaMysteryThriller129 min
A wealthy investment banker receives an unusual birthday gift from his estranged brother: enrollment in a game run by a secretive company. At first it seems like an elaborate prank, but small disruptions begin spilling into every part of his daily life. Strangers appear to know things they should not, routine encounters turn threatening, and each attempt to regain control only pulls him deeper into a design he cannot see. As the boundary between staged events and real danger disappears, he starts to suspect that the game is tied to a larger conspiracy aimed directly at him. Michael Douglas and Sean Penn anchor the escalating paranoia.
