The Lives of a Bengal Lancer
ActionAdventureDramaWar109 min
On the British Indian frontier, a cavalry regiment holds a tense outpost where skirmishes, patrols, and uneasy alliances can turn deadly without warning. The story follows the Bengal Lancers as military routine gives way to a harsher test: raids, captivity, and a mission that pushes loyalty to the regiment above personal safety. As rival pressures build between duty, discipline, and survival, the men are forced deeper into hostile territory and into conflict with an enemy that knows the ground better than they do. Gary Cooper is among the officers caught in that struggle, in a setting drawn from the memoir of soldier Francis Yeats-Brown.
