The Spy
Drama52 min per episode
In the years before the Six-Day War, Israeli clerk Eli Cohen is pulled into Mossad and given a new identity for a mission inside Syria. Sent to slip into elite circles in Damascus, he builds himself into a wealthy, well-connected businessman whose access keeps widening as regional tensions rise. Each success brings him closer to military secrets Israel desperately wants, but it also means deeper lies at home and greater danger every time he is asked to prove who he claims to be. Sacha Baron Cohen plays Eli as a man split between ordinary family life and the role that may consume him. Created by Gideon Raff, the series follows the pressure of living undercover when one mistake could expose everything.
