As a boy, Kyle barely survived an encounter with Matilda Dixon, a vengeful spirit the town of Darkness Falls once lynched and now fears as the Tooth Fairy. Years later, Chaney Kley’s Kyle is pulled back to the hometown that dismissed his story when the entity begins stalking another child. Emma Caulfield Ford is Caitlin, Kyle’s childhood friend and one of the few people who never stopped believing him. Built around a local legend of darkness, lost teeth, and sudden attacks, the film turns a childhood superstition into a curse hanging over the whole town.
