After a car crash, criminal psychologist Dr. Miranda Grey wakes up inside the same women’s psychiatric hospital where she works — now as a patient, accused of murdering her husband and unable to remember what happened. Halle Berry is Miranda, trying to reconstruct the missing hours while everyone around her sees guilt. Robert Downey Jr.’s Dr. Pete Graham is the colleague she turns to as her story grows harder to prove, and Penélope Cruz appears as a fellow inmate with her own unsettling connection to the case. As Miranda digs for answers, the hospital’s locked wards and shadowy corridors close in around her.
