Vikrant Massey is Manoj Kumar Sharma, a young man from small-town Chambal who restarts his education after repeated setbacks and sets his sights on the UPSC exam, where millions compete for a place in India’s civil services. Based on a true story, the film follows his climb from poverty and uncertainty toward a future in the Indian Police Service. Along the way, Shraddha Joshi (Medha Shankr) and the family, friends, and mentors around him become part of a hard-fought academic and personal struggle.
