Night Must Fall
DramaMysteryThriller116 min
At a wealthy household, a maid’s charming fiancé is invited in by the family matriarch, and his arrival unsettles the whole house. Robert Montgomery is Danny, a smooth young outsider who quickly wins over Mrs. Bramson, while Rosalind Russell’s Olivia watches him with growing suspicion after a local woman disappears. What begins as a domestic arrangement tightens around Olivia’s doubts, Danny’s evasions, and the old widow’s growing dependence on him, turning the isolated home into a place where every gesture seems to carry a threat.
