Vanita “Stretch” Brock is a Texas radio host whose late-night broadcast puts her in the path of Leatherface and his cannibal family. Caroline Williams is Stretch, trying to stay alive as the Sawyer clan closes in, while Dennis Hopper’s former Texas Marshal, Lefty Enright, goes after them with his own score to settle. Directed by Tobe Hooper, the follow-up to the 1974 film shifts the series toward black comedy without backing away from the gore, with underground hideouts, chainsaw chases, and the family’s warped idea of hospitality driving the chaos.
