The Clockmaker
CrimeDramaThriller105 min
In Lyon, watchmaker Michel Descombes lives a quiet life with his teenage son until the police arrive with news that Bernard has killed a man and fled with a girl. Philippe Noiret is Michel, stunned into piecing together a life he thought he understood; Bernard (Sylvain Rougerie) stays just out of reach, seen through the fragments his father never noticed. As the investigation moves through cafés, streets, and police offices, the film follows Michel’s growing realization that the boy beside him had become a stranger, turning a manhunt into something more intimate and unsettling.
