A Christmas Memory
DramaFamily96 min
In Alabama at Christmas, a seven-year-old boy forms a close bond with his older cousin, a gentle, childlike presence in a household that sees her as the wrong influence. Patty Duke is the cousin at the center of his world, while Jeffrey DeMunn is among the relatives pressing for a different path. Drawn from Truman Capote's own bittersweet childhood memories, the story follows their holiday routines and the family tensions gathering around the decision to send the boy to military school once Christmas is over.
