Les Misérables
CrimeDramaThriller104 min
New to the anti-crime squad in Montfermeil, a suburb of Paris tied to Victor Hugo’s novel, Stéphane is dropped into a neighborhood where police patrols, local power brokers, and teenagers are already on a collision course. Damien Bonnard is the rookie officer, partnered with Chris (Alexis Manenti) and Gwada (Djebril Zonga), two veterans who know the area and its fault lines. When a volatile arrest is caught by a drone, the footage turns a routine patrol into a crisis, exposing how quickly everyday pressure in the district can turn into open confrontation.
