Still reeling from a personal tragedy, Sarah joins five friends on a caving trip in the Appalachian Mountains. Shauna Macdonald's Sarah descends into an uncharted cave system with Juno (Natalie Mendoza) and the rest of the group, but a rockfall seals the exit and leaves them crawling through tight passages in the dark. Strange markings, signs of an earlier expedition, and cave-dwelling creatures turn the search for a way out into a fight for survival, as fear and mistrust begin to fracture the group.
